To ensure the safety and comfort of all patients and staff, please follow these guidelines when visiting our practice:

• Unless you are a child or require assistance, please attend your appointment alone.

• Maintain a minimum distance of 2 metres from other patients while in the practice.

• Whenever possible, please make payments by card.

• Our staff will greet you warmly but will not shake hands.

• If you develop any symptoms after booking your appointment, please call the practice before attending.

• Avoid arriving early; if needed, kindly wait outside until your appointment time.

• Do not come to the practice without a scheduled appointment.

• Please wear a face mask when attending your appointment, or be prepared to wear one provided by us.
