Dr Mukhtar graduated from King’s College London in 2010 and completed her vocational training with the Oxford Deanery in 2011. Dr Mukhtar has gained a broad range of skills from her valuable experiences as a Senior House Officer in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Whipps Cross University Hospital followed by a Career Development Post in Restorative Dentistry at King’s College Hospital. She was awarded the Diploma of Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery in 2013 from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. Dr Mukhtar has since worked in general dental practice and became Principal Dentist at Perfect Teeth in 2021. She strongly believes in providing evidence-based quality care centred on prevention and education. She has a keen interest in Cosmetic Dentistry and has undertaken the renowned course led by the very prominent Dr Christopher Orr of Advanced Dental Seminars. Dr Mukhtar strives to put patients at ease and making them feel comfortable. She particularly enjoys building rapport with her patients and their families.
Outside of dentistry she enjoys Travelling, Dining, Badminton, Pilates, Arts & Culture, and spending time with her family.

Dr Tasleem Ahmed is a Senior Clinical dentist with over 30 years of experience, she is a leading dentist in Invisalign orthodontics , prosthodontics , and Cosmetic Dentistry. Renowned for her expertise, Dr. Ahmed is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons and has undergone advanced dental implant training in the UK, Paris, and Brazil.
Her unique approach includes the use of cutting-edge technologies, such as Laser Dentistry, TMJ analysis with T-Scan and Bio emg, Invisalign clear braces, and Digital Smile Architect software. Dr Ahmed is passionate about delivering tailored care to enhance both oral health and confidence. She has most recently been accredited as a DTR TMJ dentist ; one of the first 3 UK dentists to be qualified to treat TMJ using T-scan and Bio emg.

Dr Samana Fazel graduated from King’s College London in 2009 and has a background working in several mixed (NHS and Private) practices. She further honed her skills at the Royal London Hospital in the Oral & Maxillofacial Department before establishing herself as a Specialist Oral Surgeon. She enjoys all aspects of Dentistry and in particular has a Special Interest in Oral Surgery and Dental Implants. Dr Samana’s friendly demeanour brings all our patients at ease, where otherwise complex surgical procedures such wisdom teeth removal become very simple!

She holds a Bachelor’s in Dental Surgery from India and a Master’s in Public Health and Community Wellbeing from the UK. Passionate about patient care and team coordination, she focuses on creating a smooth, supportive experience for both patients and staff.
Outside of work, Shweta enjoys exploring new places, learning new things, and spending time with her friends and family. She’s also a big dog lover and never misses a chance to make a new four-legged friend.
Fjoralda is a qualified and dedicated Dental Nurse committed to delivering exceptional patient care. With a warm and reassuring presence, she plays a key role in supporting both patients and the clinical team, ensuring every visit is a positive experience.
When she’s not working, Fjoralda loves engaging in activities with her family and enjoys exploring new hobbies that bring her happiness and relaxation.
A caring and committed dental nurse with nearly two years of experience, dedicated to ensuring patient comfort and supporting efficient clinical operations. Holds a degree in Business and Management and is currently finalising dental nursing certification.
Known for a calm, reliable presence and a warm, empathetic approach to care, while maintaining strong organisational and communication skills. Outside the clinic, finds inspiration through travel, culture, andfashion.

Poonam has 12 years experience as a General Dentist. She did her Overseas Registration Exam in 2012. Since her graduation she has completed courses in Restorative and Cosmetic Dentistry and is currently doing a PG Diploma in Endodontics.
She loves her work and hence regularly attends courses in Dentistry to keep her updated in the profession.
As a part of her Continual Professional Development, she has completed a number of Consultant led courses in Restorative Dentistry from Eastman Dental Hospital . This has equipped her with the skills to provide a high level of Dental treatments.
When she is not busy in the clinic, she likes to spend time with her family and enjoys walking and reading books.
