We are having to implement this policy due to experiencing a high number of missed appointments and late cancellations.
This is not only detriment to our time, where we are unable to fill the loss time at short notice, but more importantly patients who are in most need of an appointment lose out on urgent care.
Therefore we will require a 50% deposit (of the total cost of treatment) in advance towards booking and securing any appointment for private treatment this includes a hygiene appointment
We reserve the right to retain this deposit in the event of a late cancellation (with less than 48 hours’ notice) and /or a missed appointment

Missed Appointments
A missed appointment is when a patient fails to attend a scheduled appointment without providing sufficient notice.
Patients are permitted a maximum of two missed appointments within a rolling 12-month period. Exceeding this may result in a review of your registration with the practice and may affect your ability to book future appointments.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, we kindly request that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice.
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be treated as a missed appointment, as we are often unable to offer that appointment to another patient at short notice.
Late Arrival Policy
Patients are asked to arrive promptly for their appointment.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, we may be unable to see you. Depending on the clinician’s availability, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and may be recorded as a missed appointment.

General Dentist
Poonam has 12 years experience as a General Dentist. She did her Overseas Registration Exam in 2012. Since her graduation she has completed courses in Restorative and Cosmetic Dentistry and is currently doing a PG Diploma in Endodontics.
She loves her work and hence regularly attends courses in Dentistry to keep her updated in the profession.
As a part of her Continual Professional Development, she has completed a number of Consultant led courses in Restorative Dentistry from Eastman Dental Hospital . This has equipped her with the skills to provide a high level of Dental treatments.
When she is not busy in the clinic, she likes to spend time with her family and enjoys walking and reading books.
